Tentative Agenda
Board positions up for election (Phase 3 & 4 and one At-Large Seat), budget matters, community activity plans and more! Be there :)

Stonehenge, one of Sylvania's pioneering condominium communities, was established in 1970 by Cavalear. What began with 4 phases has now blossomed into a thriving community of 37 buildings and 320 units. The majority of these are owner-occupied, a testament to our stability, with the rest serving as rental properties.
Stonehenge, nestled behind Saxon Square, is conveniently located off Sylvania Ave or McCord Road. Its strategic position ensures that residents are just minutes away from the highway, shopping centers, and grocery stores. Olander Park, a popular local attraction, is also within easy walking distance.

Stonehenge takes pride in our community, boasting tennis and pickleball courts, a stunning pool, and a picturesque picnic area.

Pets
We love your dog's big or small; however, we don’t like their little gifts they leave behind.
Please pick up after your pooch!
If you have a question concerning a Phase or Sub Association rule on pets, please contact them.

Stonehenge offers a large, heated pool. A certified lifeguard is always on duty because of the amount of water the pool holds.
There is a roped off 4-foot shallow end which gradually reaches 9 feet deep.
Seating is plentiful with umbrellas that provide shade.
The swimming pool complex is a great place to relax and cool off on those hot summer days.

The Stonehenge tennis courts are located a stone's throw from the swimming pool.
Two tennis courts are available but only for the enjoyment of residents and their guests.

Pickleball is a racquet sport which combines elements of badminton, tennis, and table tennis. The sport is played on a court with the same dimensions as a double's badminton court.
On our court, the net is a tennis net. The game is played with a hard paddle and a polymer wiffle ball.
