About Us

A group of people enjoying a picnic in a sunny park with trees and a blanket spread on the grass.

Stonehenge, one of Sylvania's pioneering condominium communities, was established in 1970 by Cavalear. What began with 4 phases has now blossomed into a thriving community of 37 buildings and 320 units. The majority of these are owner-occupied, a testament to our stability, with the rest serving as rental properties.

Stonehenge, nestled behind Saxon Square, is conveniently located off Sylvania Ave or McCord Road. Its strategic position ensures that residents are just minutes away from the highway, shopping centers, and grocery stores. Olander Park, a popular local attraction, is also within easy walking distance.

A serene landscape featuring mountains, a lake, and a clear blue sky with fluffy clouds.

Community Interests

Stonehenge takes pride in our community, boasting tennis and pickleball courts, a stunning pool, and a picturesque picnic area.

POOL CLOSING FOR SEASON AFTER LABOR DAY!

Pickleball Court

We love your dogs - big or small!

However, we don’t like the little gifts they leave behind.

Please pick up after your pooch!

If you have a question concerning your Phase or Sub Association's rules on pets, please contact them directly.

POOL CLOSING FOR SEASON AFTER LABOR DAY!

Pickleball Court

FOR STONEHENGE SUB-DIVISION RESIDENTS AND THEIR GUESTS ONLY!

The Stonehenge tennis/pickleball courts are located next to the swimming pool.

Two courts are available but only for the enjoyment of residents and their guests.

For you pickleball lovers, the tennis courts are painted with pickleball lines.

Pickleball is a racquet sport which combines elements of badminton, tennis, and table tennis. The sport is played on a court with the same dimensions as a double's badminton court.

On our court, the net is a tennis net.  The game is played with a hard paddle and a polymer wiffle ball.

(Lifeguards are back in classes)

*Weather permitting

Owners/Residents must accompany any guests. Please sign the check-in and provide ID.

Stonehenge offers a large, heated pool.  A certified lifeguard is always on duty because of the size of the pool. There is a roped off 4-foot shallow end which gradually reaches 9 feet deep.

Seating is plentiful with chaise lounge chairs, and tables with chairs and  umbrellas that provide shade.

The swimming pool complex is a great place to connect with your neighbors and to relax and cool off on hot summer days.
